Apakah class tersedia untuk total beginner?
Ya. Fundamentals class dirancang khusus untuk pemula — tidak ada prerequisite. Dean mengajarkan dari dasar, bukan dari step yang diasumsikan sudah diketahui.
Berapa jumlah maksimum student per class?
Private class: 1 student. Semi-private: 2–4 students. Group (special request): maksimum 6 students. Konfirmasi format saat inquiry.
Apakah tools dan produk disediakan?
Ya. Semua brushes, tools, dan produk untuk class session disediakan oleh Dean. Student tidak perlu membawa apa-apa kecuali catatan dan niat belajar.
Berapa lama durasi setiap class?
Fundamentals dan Bridal: 3–4 jam. Editorial & Camera: 4–5 jam. MUA Business: 3 jam dengan materi tambahan yang dikirim via digital. Konfirmasi saat booking.
Apakah ada sertifikat setelah class?
Ya. Certificate of completion diberikan di akhir class. Untuk Bridal Artistry dan Editorial, sertifikat bisa digunakan sebagai credential profesional.
Bisa schedule ulang jika ada kebutuhan darurat?
Reschedule bisa dilakukan dengan konfirmasi minimal 48 jam sebelum hari-H, dengan catatan slot tersedia. DP tidak hangus jika reschedule dilakukan sesuai ketentuan.
